Return & Refund Policy

At Cedar & Sparrow TX, each shirt is made to order by me. Please carefully review your size, shirt color, design, and order details before completing your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Because my products are made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Ordering the wrong size

• Choosing the wrong color

• Change of mind

• Incorrect information provided by the customer

• Normal variations in garment or print color

Please review the size information provided in the product listing before ordering.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom and personalized items are final sale.

For custom designs, I will send the final design for your approval before production. Once you approve the final design, no additional design changes can be made and the order cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Please make sure you carefully review the design, spelling, colors, sizing, and other personalization details before giving your final approval.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if I made an error with your order, please contact me as soon as possible after receiving it.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the item and the problem

I will review the information and work with you on an appropriate solution. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

Because each product is made to order, cancellation requests are not guaranteed once I have started preparing or producing your order.

Custom orders cannot be canceled after you have approved the final design.
